OK, thanks--it didn't say anything about pva on the pack from mr focus!! so there's none in at all. How much do I add??
Apply PVA too the masonary (brick, block) and leave to dry. Give it a quick second coat let it go tacky then plaster away.
You are trying to cure suction, in other words, the dry masonary sucking all the water out of the plaster before it has time to cure thus causing the plaster to shrink and crack.
