Yank here, how has the ACV condensing boiler held up here

We have used this boiler under the Triangle tube Prestige name now for 3 yrs. Not one breakdown! Wondering what the other side of the pond has seen with this boiler. Just found your site and nice to meet y' all. Tim

Sorry, I can't help you with your question, but welcome to one of our American cousins. Hope this site is some use to you, but I imagine that a lot of our plumbing practices are different to yours.

Have visited The US on several occasions, mainly South eg. Tennessee etc, and have always been really impressed with your country and the warm welcome (especially in South!) from your fellow Americans.

Hope to be back there soon, and would stay if I could. Tennessee is the best, and they have the Jack Daniels distillery too!

AVC equipment is not a big domestic seller here. Few domestic men have heard of ACV because most only deal with the lower to middle end of the boiler market - everything is based on price, with the lower end boilers being near expendable items being cheaper to swap out than repair. Only the lower end of the Prestige range comes within a domestic gas meter here - the 24, 32, 50kW. The AVC commercial stuff is gaining ground.

The Prestige boilers are excellent and top quality with excellent feedback I have, and observed. The design is excellent and well built with top mounted burners and condensate washing down the heat exchanger, self cleaning. I would have one in my place any day and on the lost if a replacement is needed.

The HeatMaster is superb. All Stainless steel one box solution that does CH and DHW. A hybrid combined boiler/thermal store/DHW cylinder that can be be vented or unvented.
