hi all, new to this site so apologies if my post is a bit raw
PROBLEM:Ive got a worcester bosch 28rsi combi which is approx 6 years old got up this morning to a cold house no heating & no hot water, the boiler doesnt fire up when u turn the hot tap on?
Any replies would be gratefully appreciated

System pressure OK ?

Without many more clues it could be anything wrong with your boiler and there is no point in our just guessing.

If the pressure is correct at about 1.5 bar then you may need to call a CORGI engineer to diagnose the fault?

Have you tried turning it off on the control knob and back on again?

Check overheat button,on top of boiler,left hand side,if its up a bit,press down and see if its ok

Do you charge people for just resetting the o/h stat?

Thanks to u all for your replies, sorry 4 the late response as i am in the middle of a bathroom refurb and tiling so the last thing i needed was the boiler packing in on me!
The problem was the PCB had packed in and this was only replaced in jan 08 so its been replaced under warranty!As i say thanks again for all your replies its much appreciated.joe
