Hi,
We have a stench pipe running up the side of the house past the roof tiles.
The house is an end of terrace so the roof slopes down to front and back.
During the winter (our first in the house) the wind is banging the pipe against the tile edge. Other houses in the area have a kink in theirs taking the pipe out beyond the tiles.
I would like to install one like this but I am having difficulty finding a grey fixing or combination of fixings to do the job.
I was thinking of just shortening the pipe so it was below the small tile lip, but the girlfriends father said we would risk fumes getting into the house.
Would I need 2x 135degree and a double coupler or is there a standard fixing to do this in one. B&Q dont stock any of these so i will have to find a supplier online, suggested places would be appreciated. I live in South Wales Swansea to Cardiff area.
Sorry for the crude drawing. Pics are from www.toolstation.com
Cheers
