is this story a wind-up? if it's not, why isn't this story over all the newspapers and the tv screens in the world? This psycho doesn't need arresting, he needs summarily dismembering, in public whilst still holding his favourite hunting knife..... oh and am i as bad as the killer for wanting blood? i don't think so.... i didn't start this 
I'm sure Sylvan would explain that unrestrained carrying of guns would have made the event less dangerous. If the man on the bus had a gun with him instead of just a knife he could have killed plenty more passengers quicker and with less effort.

What's a bus?
Its a vehicle with multiple seats that you can travel in after paying a fare.
The big things you occasionally see in the lanes dedicated to them whilst you're sat in the biggest traffic jam in the World, going nowhere, in the one lane which is left for everyone else 
What a farce these lanes are in this country.
Scrap all the bus/taxi/cycle/pedestrian/motability lanes and ... Guess what ... No more traffic problems ... That's simple enough to work out
Local authorities LIKE traffic jams because they add weight to their ill-advised and planned green policies.
I've lost track of how many new traffic schemes have been introduced down here which have made congestion MUCH worse ... LA's view is that the problem is caused by increased traffic volume during the period of the works
Total w***ers the lot of them and they should be put to a very slow and painful death (just in case BAS is reading this) ... We could stab them at one end of the congestion and have the medical aid at the other ... That'd be an incentive, they could slowly bleed to death whilst they come up with a solution
