Look at the way the police are dressed in this picture
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/london/7581176.stm
And comapre it it to the way they dress for a football match..theres not a riot stick, crash helmet, shield in sight..?why in case they provoke them?...they certainly dont worry about provoking football supporters.
They managed to nick a whole 2 out of 50 wow!
If that was a football match for certain clubs the horses and dogs would be waiting, manacing looks from the boot boys (the police not the seventies skinhead variety) and the sticks ready to crack a few arms and thighs..
Only goes to prove my point in another thread that the old bill are petrified of taking on and arresting blacks.
Why?
Think you are failing to see the point that at a football match , for instance Liverpool v Manchester United. There are prob about 2000 fans wanting or trying to provoke another 2000 fans........
Slightly bigger scale than 50+ hoodies dont you think, and dont forget that football teams still have active firms that go just for the trouble....hence the horses and protective gear
Absolutely way off the mark..4000 fans????...they would need the army to sort that out!
And so do gangs like those..they too have active firms who just go for trouble..well..crime anyway
I cant beleive the way the police were dressed...where were the vans parked close by with all the riot gear in them.
Football fans are soft targets..they (the riot squad) know full well they can get away with bruising a few upper arms and thighs an get away with it...to the hard core hoolies its an occupational hazard..they dont care..to genuine fans its somthing that you have to put up with.
Watch them nick someone at a football match..normally 5 handed,..watch the sly kicks and punches go in.
4000 supporters!...you have been reading the Sun to much.
