what i done was cut the door square at its highest point (the end with the 35mm gap)
so you have a 35mm gap all the way along and then add a 30mm section at the bottom of your door to close the gap

all you have to do is level the ground , remove grass weeds etc and put down a membraine to prevent anything growing under the decking.
i recommend the membraine area should be bigger by 2ft on each side you can cover this then with decoractive bark or stone , purely to stop...

i suspect if i hadnt of used that stuff then the water would have got into the joints and the laminate would have swollen on...

if the gaps are along the short ends of the planks this is real easy to remedy just get a floor bar and shift them up to close the gap...
