Hi all How can I clean lime render, drops of paint off this slate step? Ive tried scraping the render off with a redundant plastic bank card (so as not to scratch). And tried water with kitchen sponge. Not having much luck. Anything else I can try? Thanks

Hi Ive got hairline cracks - and one or to cracks which are more than hairline - in my lime tyrolean render. Is there a good sealant anyone can recommend. I suppose something like a caulk, but for use on exterior walls. Thanks

Its a really awkward angle. Ive put my phone on selfie mode and stuck it under the cistern to see where the inlet pipe goes. If I can get a spanner on it, is it worth trying to tighten that bolt?
