I cant see what all the fuss is about, over clad the garage roof with insulation and box section. batten the walls, infill with insulation and a vapour barrier then either ply or OSB to clad. Just finished mine for less than £500 inc, electrical upgrade.

Thanks for your reply, I've decided to overclad with insulation and box section. It seemed the easiest method, I'm in the process of getting quotes at the moment. I have to say that it's more expensive than I imagined, in fact it may be cheaper to buy a new garage!
