renting rooms in house out private+dhss ?

Agencies have a tendency to use their own "preferred" repairmen to get things fixed and you have to pick up the bill.

I gave instructions for them not to use their own workmen unless otherwise directed because the labour costs were extortionate, I used local UK workmen, I've had poor experiences with Eastern Europeans.....
