    reinforcing wooden joist

    Thanks Deluks, The joist spans at least 3 metres but i cant really tell. The notch is for 2 inch drainage pipe so not large (but large enough for building control to want it reinforced) and it isnt a purlin but an underfloor joist.. are these single sided timber connectors hard to come by...
