It is actually a Caprari Pump and it is not from a supplier but private therefore is it worth extra cash to convert as it is cheap. If i can convert for say £200 it may be worth doing.

Simply tee off your bedroom rad supply but use compression tees if you are worried about the joints? Also i would not run plastic pipe into the rads as it gets a bit floppy when hot and can expand quite a bit so copper is better into the rad valves.

If there are no screw holes to the side of the pan then i suggest if the floor is solid and stable sit the pan on a decent bead of silicone all round the base and level it. Use wdges if necessary and then fill in any holes left by wedges afterwards and clean the bead up neatly. If the cistern...

You need to give us some more info on what the problem is? The programmer controls the valve so it could be the prorammer - if you have one? What is actually happening to the valve ie. is it not workin at all?
