to get the correct " working " pressure the boiler must be switched on. if it is as low as 6mb then it should be switched off and a warning label attached
Looking at printout, I'd say they never put it into service mode to test high and low settings should be 9.7% and 9.1%

Set your multimeter to ohms. disconnect the wires at boiler, connect between two in turn and switch the thermostat on and off to find the two that make contact, connect them to 3/4 and the remaining one to 5 ( neutral ) job done

Looks like your auto air vent bottle is leaking too. Best to get a small wire brush and clean the crud off the whole area and watch where actual leak is coming from before you start attacking it.

Check the mode selector on the boiler. It could be set low tempreture on c/h put it up to at least 60 degrees. if this is ok check time clock or roomstat
Braided pipe connecting expansion vessel to boiler blocked. Disconnect pipe and clear. good luck, drain boiler and release pressure from ex vessel before disconnecting pipe or you will get a mud bath
