    Condensation again/trickle vents

    cheers for al the replies..Had a good look about this time, chimney was closed off when she had a gas fire plumbed in. This should be vented anyway so will see if it makes a difference..Otherwise only option looks like a core drill and a few vent covers!

    Hi does anyone know of trickle vents that can be retro fitted to aluminum framed double glazing(put in around 97)...Client has very bad condensation forming around windows have suggested improving ventilation here as a start.. regards jon

    Sorry fella my fault for not explaining right...Its an internal wall, floor levl(concrete)is about 3courses below the soleplate...The plinth has no dpc need to patch this area.Dont fancy wire and bonding as this will suck in any moisture that creeps up the plinth.Was thinking of studding it out...

    Thanks for the reply. Its been hard wired using 2,3 and 5 wires have been checked, all bell out ok. Its just as soon as a filter is plugged in there is lots of interference and voices can hardly be heard.Any ideas am stumped!

    Please help if you can,have just added a couple of phone points and phones work fine until broadband filters are plugged in.Then can hardly hear anyone and there in a lot of interference any ideas.Many thanks.

    Thanks for the advice.With the difference in the reclaimed bricks being as much as 15mm guess this is going to work out as expensive!Was hoping there was something when using mortar that could be added. Just wanted an idea of time wise between a pro and a capable diyer. Cheers
