Hi, Just had white oak spindles, newal posts and hand rail fitted. I need to oil/varnish but want to keep it looking as natural as possible, anyone got any suggestions on what i should use? I've also had all new internal oak doors fitted and i was hoping to use the same thing on them too...

Hi Guys, I've almost finished the bathroom at long last, Can anyone tell me if i need to seal these porcelain tiles? also is there something i can get for the grout on the floor that seals that to stop it from getting dirty stains? Any advise would be great. Rob

2 of the walls are fresh plaster board that i've dot and dabbed, the other walls have been skimmed over with a coat of bonding. i must say that i started worrying last night about the tiles pulling the plaster board off the walls because of the weight.

Hi Guys, I've just had some heating pipes put into the concrete floor, I dug the trench out and its around 50mm deep, 60mm wide and 5m long. What mix should i now use to fill the trench and cover the pipes? Many thanks Rob

I've read on here that i should wet the wall first, or should i just water some PVA down and use that? also what sort of gaps should there be between the dabs?
