Hi all.
I have a modern style house with a garage attached to the side and it has a pitched tiled roof. The garage is only one skin of bricks thick but I want a door in the back if the garage to be able to get bbqs e.t.c. out easier in the summer.
An external upvc door would fit in the back...
Hi.
I live in a modern three storey house (10 years old). My kitchen is upstairs and I'm starting a refurb of it soon. I want to replace the 22mm chipboard on the floor for 22mm solid wood floorboards. They are fit over an I style joist. Now the problem I have is with regard to sound...
Hi all.
I'm after a wireless non - programmable digital room stat for my hallway which I can hook up to the wifi and control when I'm out e.t.c.

With regard to using compression iso valves I do believe you have to still use an insert on the plastic pipe which slightly reduces the bore anyway? They seem OK so far. And tbh if I do get any trouble I can get to them anyway. It's the rest of the house I worry about all CH plumbed in plastic...
Hi.
I'm currently doing a bathroom renovation but I'm in need of a bit of advice with tiling.
The walls in my bathroom are moisture resistant plasterboard with a plaster skim. I really like some large format tiles I have seen and they are 600 x 300 and 9mm wide. Now I believe that 20kg/m is...
