hi i have a fiesta mk 3 1994, i wound down the electric windows today as normal, when i tried shutting them the drivers side wouldnt budge, when i pressed the switch it was making a clunking noise but no response from the window, the switch only makes the noise when i press window down, then...

i have now tryed all the fixings for plasterboard i could find and the screws are still spinning what am i doing wrong? :?

why would toggle bolts not work? could i stick it to the wall?

hi can anyone help i am trying to fix my new showers pole for holding the head. I have drilled through thick tiles and the plasterboard behind, but the screws wont tighten, they go all the way in and keep spinning so it wont clamp the bracket to the wall! what should i do?????????????? help...

hi can anyone help i have just had a new toilet installed with a push button flush. it has been fine for a few weeks but now its got a constant stream of water running from the rim how can i solve this problem. many thanks :D

. Failing this you may have to thru crimp a little extra wire on to the existing within the ceiling rose. HTH Rob how do i crimp two bits of wire together :?

hi i went to replace a ceiling rose in my house and one red wire is a touch on the short side and doesn't reach its terminal, i used a terminal and a strand of lighting cable to extend it, Will this be ok the light is working fine :lol: many thanks

thanks for swift response, im afraid that i cannot get to joist as laminate floor has just been laid above. can i use a terminal, some lighting wire and some sleeving to extend?
