@jeds Insulation has been added between the joists and sealed with foam. The roof void is not ventilated.

Sorry, wasn't clear. I didn't mean a gap between the edges (which can be foamed/taped), but rather the surfaces of the two boards.

The plasterboard will be screwed through the insulation board (PIR) into the joist. There maybe slight gaps between the two boards. Can this be an issue for mould ?

Hi, I'm preparing for a flat roof which slopes to the front. On the side there is a cavity wall, and I'm unsure where the outer wall should end. Must it meet the bottom of the OSB deck (as illustrated), eliminatting any gaps with compo or does a gap not matter?

Thanks for the above. I was going to use a 1mm aluminium sheet to provide the flashing as I can bend it easily, and then add a few fixings to hold it in place. If I use lead, does it need to be code 3 or 4?
