if the plastering is no good no matter how many coats of paint you put on it will never look good ,cross line it and repaint best way to go...

I have just grouted my bathroom ,we have a feature strip of tiles over bath that are ribbed horizontaly unfortunately grout has dried in these tiny grooves and looks crap now and is really hard to remove .\any ideas on removing this grout from tile grooves without spoiling tiles.
