basin tap

the hot water tap in our bathroom turns full open and closed but no water comes out . the hot feed is on.

Air lock
Tap washer not lifting.
No water in header tank.
Tap head spindle worn out.

sounds like either the washer is stuck , i did change it recently or the spindle ,some things not opening or closing the tap . i will take it apart when i get chance .
