Got a call running bath tap turned up to this job Someone has been trying to remove it before I got there .. typical.
Any tips to remove this tried some brute force and wd40 but it’s not budging.
Would it be easier to just remove the whole tap
Leak coming from the yellow circled on the picture. It seems too big and it doesn’t secure fully causing water to seep through.
What could I get to replace it ?

Basin fitting
Can’t get these toilet seats fittings out to replace it for a new one. It’s like they are rusted away. Cusomer has tried to take the on the right off but it is not budging.
Any tips or ideas ?
Have a leak coming from the black part under the bath. Drips down onto the floor. Is that the overflow and is it universal? Can’t seem to find anything similar And is it quite easy to fix haven’t changed one before
So an update on this. I managed to get to the nut on the flush pipe and add ptfe and some plumbers mate and tried but no luck. Still leaking by the looks of it from the flush valve nut. It’s a corner toilet in a really small bathroom can’t get any access to that nut.
