you can buy upvc extension's which clip onto the edges of the door frame and are also used on windows . If the gap left is fairly large these are ideal to get a better fitting,you might have to the factory where they make upvc door/windows.

Got a rover 1972 1.8 ltr. It is pulling to one side,had the tracking done,tyre pressure on all wheels checked and new stabilizers fitted but still not sorted the problem out lost what else I can do.

You can buy mirror fix from Tools direct for £4.55 comes in a tube like your average silicone,so need the gun to put it in. It is for mirrors up to 6mm thick so you wont have a problem. Romario

I know its probably to late but just popped onto the site after a while off it, with regards to the worn screw head you can buy a diamond screw remover set from tools direct for £3.89 you get 5 different sizes in the set. You put them in your drill(put in reverse)and the cutting edge on them...
