if you buy a chuck and adaptor - DO NOT use it on hammer as the power of the hammer will smash the chuck. Proper SDS bits are not expensive so just bite the bullet and get some
you can get a diamond surface grinding disc but would probably cost you more than you paid for the angle grinder ( should have bought a pro tool not a diy one anyway )
its unlikely that a machine that has just been launced has been discontinued - perhaps you should use a professional dealer who would know what they are talking about !

without any doubt - it is NOT suitable for cores of 3" let alone 4"
buy a "proper" dry diamond drill such as the makita 8406 , may cost a bit more but it will do the job and effieciently and safely
makita for some reason didnt fit "cell protection " to their tools or batteries
if the battery is overloaded , gets hot or is run right down then it buggers it !
the starred batteries now have cell protection - but only if fitted to a cell protection tool

i'll aggree that 90% of silverline stuff is tatt but i've had a pocket hole jig for years without any problems - make sure that you have the correct "nuts" in the jig for a start then throw out the 6 & 8 mm ones and only use the 10mm
note - the kregg jig is now imported by silverline !!!!
