Sorry guys but just a quickie. When I switch on the strip light in my kitchen, it lights up fine then within 3 -5 seconds, it goes out again. I've tried changing the starter but that doesn't make any difference. Can I just assume it's the bulb and simply replace it or is it something more...

My decorators removed one of my radiators yesterday to plaster skim the wall behind it. They put it back on today and now I don't seem to be able to get any hot water. I mean the boiler comes on when I switch it on but it only stays on for around 5 minutes and there's absolutely no hot water...
