Hi, I've seen job adverts which state a salary range followed by "bar at £xx,xxx" where the bar figure is lower than the top end of the salary range. I've never known what this bar figure refers to or how it is calculated. I'm sure somebody can educate me on this one. Cheers, T.

Never said the instructions are not right mate! In fact, erected a concrete spur post using the instructions and it's rock solid. The reason I asked the question is I now need to erect a 2 or 3 more posts. I would imagine it would be easier to line the posts and adjust them first in a dry mix...
