The new fence recently erected at the back came dipped treated (water based presumably).
Is it possible to overcoat this water based treatment with oil or solvent based treatment/preservative.
The one I had in mind was the solvent based "Shed & Fence Preserver" by Ronseal.
Any advice would be appreciated.
