sorry abou,t capitals, new to forum. its glow worm 30 flexicom 30 cx thanks

When convenient and with the system cold note the pressure and turn off the boiler (to prevent use). Close flow/return isolating valves under the boiler...see the manual. Leave for an hour, turn on boiler and check the pressure. Open isolating valves. If the pressure has dropped it's a boiler problem.

Do this first....sludge does not cause the pressure to drop unless it's so bad corrosion has holed the system.

hi , flushed all rads tonight they were clear, also tried turning boiler off and checking pressure like you said and pressure dropped . boilerman coming in morning any tips on what we might tell him thabks again

Problem is with boiler...either PRV is leaking or heat exchanger leaking through condensate drain.

Flushed rads TONIGHT?? How long did he take? Should be about 6-8 hours for a powerflush, maybe longer, depending on the size of the system

hi , thanks for previuos help.. we had system flushed and done like you said turning boiler off to see if pressure dropped which it did a little. what happened next was when pliumber was opening up valves again after turning it all off .. one of valves was having trouble opening. so eventually it did open.. like magic it started to work again normallly so we cancelled the boiler engineer.. as we thought it was ok.. well it lasted until last night..  so i rang glow worm who are coming sat.. last time they were here all of 5 mins and changed prv . .. any ideas what to do now apart from throw out of window.. i cant beleive this as boiler is only a few weeks old .. we had a baxi boiler before 15 years plus not 1 problem..

Gasguru has told you the problem ,i had one leaking down the condensate.

hi , had boiler man out today he was here 2 hours plus , checked everthing you said till losing pressure .. he says boilers ok .. what now plumbers coming back .. do you think it must be aleak some where . ** thanks
