Part P

No, Paul - this really is secure!

Maybe me and Ban just have a similar dislike of using "txt spk" when you don't need to.

It's fine for text messages (although I tend to use predictive text and spell words in full), but when you have access to a PC, there is no need to type in the same manner.

I'm shocked this thread is still going!

Just in case anyone interested.....

There is a lovely new oven now installed. (phew! its take me since december to finish ;) )

No electricity police :D

As fascinating as reading about diversity etc is..... I am a belt and braces man so the whole job was done with 4mm (although half way through I was tempted to use something that was a little more cooperative)

strangely nothing has blown up or burnt down. So even though the law (and sometimes my wife) says I'm incompetent (not to be confused with incontinent) I have saved myself £120 by successfully connecting six wires in a junction box.

I just need to finish any other job that might need doing in the future that was started last year.

Given your views on soft-as-liqourice 4mm², I hope for your sake that one of those jobs isn't installing a shower circuit...

Some mobiles get over the sms length limit by automatically sending it in two or more smss. And charging you two or more times, of course.

That's just what they do.

Bit of a bummer for the recipient, though, if his phone does not support multipart messages - he only gets the first half or third.
