Baxi combi 80 boiler

would any one know what is wrong with my boiler.I turn on the hot water tap and the boiler starts to run but the gas burner does not light.It can take up to 7 minutes to light,this is also the same for the heating.A fan runs but it is if the boiler is waiting for a flow or some thing.

If this is can not be repaired could some one tell me is there a boiler which would be a straight swap if i was to change it

couyld be a number of things, aps, gas valve etc.

do you get any fault lights flashing on the boiler????

Thank you for coming back to me.Know i do not get any light up on the boiler.It is if the boiler is trying to run but is waiting for a flow or some thing.It also looks as if the rads on the heating side are getting hot when i am running the hot water.

non of which are a d.i.y. repairs. Research a bit and get a reputable independent, make sure he is experienced in breakdowns, many of them just install. No offence meant. Or B/gas one off repair.
