What a load of carp - just shows that if Mrs MW has French speaking qualies and can't order another beer?
You speak as if you know the gas regs inside out - so tell me, how would you feel about employing an engineer to service your boiler that wasn't Gas Safe registered?

Is this a pre-requisite to work on gas ... They take all the failed plumbers who can't read and write and show them how to sniff out gas, or use fairy liquid, or a match and then call them gas engineers ... ENGINEER ... Oh REALLY

Tell me, considering none of you seem to be able to read and write, how safe do YOU think you are?

Give me a DIY'er who can read and understand the boiler installation instructions any day.

You seem very bitter Mega did a gasman hump your mrs while you where at work or did you fail the interview for the board .
Petty jealousy from an inferior trade but its good to see you holding your own in a 6 way argument .

Being a gas man myself I had some exams recently and they told me I too was incontinent or was it incompetent.

I didnt realise the exams were so hard.

I laughed so much I pi$$ed myself.

That's how we do things here. You have to complete an in-house training course (in the interests of patient welfare) and there are manufacturers' training courses too but these are neither necessary nor sufficient to prove your competence to be let loose on an accelerator. As a new starter you would already be an experienced electronics engineer but you'd still spend at least a year following somebody else around (probably me) and, for what it's worth, the first thing I'd teach you would be how to shut a treatment room door.

This knob thinks a warped door is fine to fit and "as far as I can tell" he thinks that no condense in the boiler means everything is ok. All you sparky experts get over there and help him out! After all gas is apeice of pi55 init ?
