I am looking to get rid of all my girlfriends shoes so they are out the way of the house. the currently take up half of one of my rooms with them all over the floor. my plan is to shelf out a cupboard that we have so she can put them all in there but she wants the shelves to sit at an angle so she can see what ones are what if u get my drift.

i have been searching for brackets at about a 65 or 70deg angle but cant find them. Does anyone know where i can get them or will i just need to make some up?

Thanks
chris

p.s sorry if this is in the wrong forum

Fix timber battens (called bearers) to the inner cupboard sides, at any angle that suits you, and they will support the shelf fine.
If you have a sliding bevel gauge so much the better - failing that its careful measuring.
John :)

You can also drill the two cupboard sides for shelf pins and just set the back pins one hole below the front and that will tilt all your shelves.
