How to repair floor screed

Hello,

I have just pulled up the old carpet and carpet grip strips and some of the screed has broken up in small patches around the nail points. (about 2 sq inches or so) So what is the best way to repair this screed as going to lay carpet again and the fitter will want to nail down some more grips I guess.
