I have recently purchased a Paslode IM350 first fix nail gun but when I came to use it today on T+G flooring, it fired two nails at a time about every 5 shots. Does anyone know what the problem could be please. cheers for any replies.

i wonder are the nails the right size for the gun?
i am thinking that perhaps the nails are 1/5 too small so when the 5th one comes along 2 will fit, so it fires both

I got the same problem. I bought used Paslode about 1 month ago and for few days worked ok. But from few weeks somethimes shot two nail at one time (every 3-5 shots). I have try to clean up inside but nothing changed. Did you found solution what to do?

I'm assuming you are using Paslode nails?
If so, it could be a fault with the gun, incorrect loading or wrong size nails.
Go back to the shop for assistance.
