Removing kitchen wall cabinets

I can only see 2 screws in the corner covered by plastic case and 2 screws in the side panel attached to wall. Do I remove plastic covers , unscrew and then lift up cabinets to remove. Thanks.

One set of screws usually adjusts the height and the other set tightens the cabinet to the wall. Go lightly, but go ahead loosening screws. Don't remove them, just unscrew a bit.
 
I often find that they can sometimes need a thump under the bottom corners to free them off from the wall brackets they are hanging on.. Easier than just pushing until they break free.

No need - once you have removed the doors and the shelves, they will automatically empty themselves when they're unscrewed from the wall.
