Every 6 months or so, I have treated my wood clad garden office with Coloutrend Natural Glow Timber Oil. It is quite expensive but has kept the office looking good. However, there are few stockists and it is very hard to obtain without a long journey or a long wait for delivery. Can anyone recommend an alternative that I might find easier to find in, for example, one of the big DIY chains?

What it made of? If you know what oil it's based on just use a generic non coloured version for recoating.

The wood is red cedar. Colourtrend timber oil consists of (quote from their web site):
"Colortrend Original Timber Oil contains a blend of superb-grade linseed oil for maximum penetration, long-oil alkyds for durability and pure tung oil for long-lasting colour depth and water repellency". I assume that the major oil component is linseed oil, but it obviously has some tung oil as well, but perhaps not much. The liquid is quite runny and not at all like linseed oil on its own.
