Hi

I have a double garage constructed from preformed painted concrete sections which looks very retro and does not match the brick work of the house. I have considered knocking it down and rebuilding it but the quotes are pretty high when it won't add a lot of value to the property.

I have looked at brick slips but one builder has told me this is time consuming to do and the slips don't look that cheap to buy. Any other suggestions of how I can clad the garage to match the bricks in the main house? I'm not looking for a DIY solution, just a cheaper alternative to slips.

Thanks.

To clad the garage to match the bricks in the main house you've covered both options - rebuild or clad with matching slips. Why not clad with something to compliment the bricks; timber or composite or something like that. Easy to do, relatively cheap and can look good.
