Yes Londoners probably earn 15% more. I think the 500+ guys must be London based. Unfortunately this forums poll facility doesn't have the ability to include location into the option. Otherwise it would be more interesting if we could see location.
Interesting that most of the voters are London based.
Did a job yesterday,did not want it because guy seemed a complete knob,not unlike yourself,anyway put a big price in ,due to knob head like yourself,turns out I got the job ,as everyone else must have priced more,you might need to put your expected prices up,as I passed them by a long way.

I looked at this for the first time since the first couple of days, then ignored it until I noticed it again today. Can't be bothered looking for the source of the above Lemon excerpts. I assume the idiot is basing his "London" comment on the extrapolation of the number of £500+ votes. What a Berk. I can't actually recall what I voted, but I know it wasn't the truth. Extrapolation of my my KNOWN status of the votes, "proves" that 100% of the votes are FALSE.
I am not even self employed any more.
I can't understand why someone such as the OP of this (and other recent threads) would want to alienate themselves so much. It truly baffles me and is quite sad.

mullins would prob. charge 25K for the same work.
And guess what, mullins takes your card details before the plumber turns up on your doorstep. Ker-ching. But I have to say he looks after his employees and benefits are good.
Employees? Not according to Mullins.
Mullins only looks after the "employees" in the sense that he creates the atmosphere and markets his business in such a way as to convince the end punters that he offers good value (No plumbers in jeans or dirty vans). The "employees" earn the inflated cash and pays a goodly proportion to Mullins, and pay for all of the business assets (vans etc).
Don't you recall the TV programme, where some employees sacrificed wages to enable the lowest paid actual employees earn above the breadline?
