I thought from the 17th and where every circuit is rcd protected, cross bonding not required.
I thought cross bonding was what plumbers unnecessarily put under boilers.
OP is asking about both Main and Supplementary Bonding.

I mentioned RCDs in my first reply but the OP says there is a split load consumer unit.
 
Ah. I missed the 'dual'.

Nevertheless, that doesn't alter anything I have written, does it?
Main Bonding is still required - where required.

Three conditions are required, only one of which refers to RCDs.
(iv) is almost inevitable
(v) is the requirement to have RCD(s)
(vi) is the one plenty of people forget
