I have had my cameras set to continually record with motion and line crossing how did I see the motion detector recording via a app as it won’t show me. Thanks

which app, the problem could be upload data capability of your broadband.

in that remote viewing is usually a dumbed data down stream, but the recorded data is full resolution etc.

Or is it you cant see the playback option?

The 4500 app on iPhone I can’t see motion. I can only see motion on the windows version and when connected straight to the NVR. Think that is just a restriction of the app.

No not at all it’s identical on my Samsung as well. It’s a limitation of the app.

on playback, try connecting device by wifi rather than mobile data.

what upload speed do you have on your router?

What download speed and data package do you have on your phones?

Tried this and it is still not working I have Virgin media WiFi and 4g Vodafone
