Very much entitled,but not a benefit payment, just a reduction in the money I owed HMRC. If I wasn't entitled I wouldn't claim it.

Well you obviously have a selective version of what a benefit actually is...
And as for 'entitled to', then so are all of those other 'scroungers' entitled to whatever benefit you decide to deride!

That's just a few, but there will most likely be more, but not every benefit claimant is a cheat, never said they were. Were any I listed entitled to what they claimed ?
