Outdoor light wiring

What circuit is the FCU supplied from ? What circuit breaker on your consumer unit do you have to switch off to kill the supply to the fcu ?

Lighting, so both kitchen lights and outdoor lights are dead. A bit odd to use an FCU for this purpose, isn't it? But I think it's going to help me.

Yes it is odd ,but useful !!!
Does the cable going to outside light feed more than one outside light ?
I assume it is connected to the fcu load terminals ,and the single brown connected to live supply terminal ?

Yes, just one outside light.
I would assume as well that the cable connected to the load terminals goes to the light.
Yes, single brown is on the supply side.

You will need to check terminal connections ,but all looks good to go Henry.

Thanks, I think I got lucky this time. I didn't know it was an fcu till I had a look.
