You are being shockingly unfair giving all your attention to pipes, there could be a lonely electricity cable behind the plaster board just waiting to be found
It's at the bottom of the white plastic pipe in photo (insulation around it). It's a first floor flat so perhaps pipe comes in here then runs down and up for flats above and below. I guess drilling into electric just trips electric so not too expensive to fix, but a burst water pipe could make me get sued for a fortune

Depends if you drill into the electric before or after the fuse box.

Don't trust them on the electrics. Especially if they have no eye-brows
No way of knowing if there are any plastic pipes behind there clearly.
What are the legal consequences if u drill into a pipe? And water drips everywhere? I doubt public liability would pay. I know you can just go slowly and carefully and feel but is it worth it? I'll leave this one I think.
Why canti find the screws with magnets holding the plasterboard to studs do they glue on or something?

Of course there is no absolutely certain way of knowing, unless you have x-ray vision. I would guess at probably not. Would I drill there? Yes.
Not drilled into many tiles. Think once or twice before. It's for two small cabinets ( as in picture). I'll use tile bit I guess then when through tiles put in masonry bit 6mm and go slow I guess try to feel it.
