Small gap under tile above door

So I've taken on the challenge of tiling my whole bathroom top to bottom, I have very little tiling experience only the second time I've ever done it.

I'm half way through at the moment but can see a slight issue coming up, there is going to be a 10mm gap fading down to nothing as it goes along above the door,
What's the best way or best thing to use to hide this and make look good?

Given that you have already started, can't you use and angle bead and tile the underside of the door reveal? Alternatively use an end stop bead on the underside of the tile.
