I would like your opinion on the letter I propose to send him, so can I send it to
you as a private message??? That is if there is private messaging on her?? I have
been able to find it & I don't want to post on here in public??

Got it thanks, and replied to with my suggested amendments. Hope it helps!

On your point about the reason for the installation of the fence, we were in a similar situation, though worse at the rear of my property. The rear is bounded on the right was by council public land, disused railway sidings to the rear, but main line beyond. When I moved in, it was entirely unfenced and was a frequent short cut through to the local village station. The railway land was overgrown with bramble, so the shortcut came through our back garden. One time my partner found 20 TV's stashed under our big willow tree. Fed up with this easy access, poor security and worries about prowlers, I installed chain link fencing down the side and the back -there were a lot of annoyed people, late for their trains ;) The lack of footfall allowed brambles to grow, in support of the fencing. The only way in or out now, is via the front gates.

Dee, when you use it set up a string line then place a piece of timber on the ground and spray the edge, then move the timber up the line and spray again. This will give you a neat straight line.

Hello again,

I have not posted any updates on this boundary issue for a few years. Yes a few years.
This saga started in April 2021 almost 3 years ago. So much has happened since that day.
My Bully lying neighbour told lies to his naive wife who spread the lies to most of my neighbours
and the local Parish Council.
I employed a Chartered Surveyor whose full report was rejected by them as being wrong.
In November 2021, I attempted to build a new fence with concrete posts and gravel boards &
as the builder laid out the boundary line in conjunction with the surveyors report, my neighbours
called in the Parish Council who insisted the work be halted. The PC insisted I needed Planning
Permission for the fence 1.5 metres high going through the 2 properties to the road. (Not road facing).,
It took 4 months to get Planning permission with the poisoned neighbours lodging their objections to
the proposed concrete fence. The LA refused permission and insisted that it had to timber and not concrete.
(Damage to the Environment) . Fence measured 7 Metres long X 1. 5 metres high reducing to half metre.
The neighbours employed Chartered Surveyors who produced a report identical to mine which they would
not accept as correct. They employed lawyers, who continually harassed me with threatening letters, should
I proceed with my fence. Their lawyers lodged a DB - (Determined Boundary) Application with HM land Registry
in March 2023, finally ending up with the 1st Tier Tribunal in the September 2023, who rejected their application
in October 2023, ruling in my favour.

These vicious and gullable neighbours tried to stop BT OPENREACH installing Fibre Broadband to my home
in 2023

This has cost me £ 1000's in fees, expenses and materials. My health has been affected quite badly, where I had
a bad knee accident which resulted in major surgery. ,

All caused by a Gobby, Bullying & Lying SONAB Neighbour

Bullies have no respect for any age. I am a very senior citizen

Thank you for all your help and support messages during these past 3 years. .

Best wishes and take care.
