Hi all, we had our IKEA kitchen professionally fitted a little over a year ago and the dishwasher recently started doing something weird: the metal floor of the dishwasher “catches” on the bottom of the door when closing, causing the inside to pop. This will surely damage the seal or overall machine after too many of these movement. No idea what could have changed to cause this.
We opted for an IKEA dishwasher because we know about all the fit issues with the doors when using an external brand. Hopefully the video makes it clear what’s happening. Any ideas?
Thanks!

Has the metal deformed, does it look like there's a gap under it?

Thanks for the response. Not from what I can tell. See the pic attached. (sorry for the blur)

I took off the Ikea cabinet front thinking maybe it's the way it was installed but the same thing happens when shutting it without the front on it.

There should still be a warranty on it from Ikea. I guess I'll try to call them and see if they'll honour it. But happy to try anything else if anyone has suggestions.

It looks as if the metal of the door and the metal of the interior of the machine are somehow distorted and snagging. Can you get the door off, to check those two metal edges are straight?
