Iran launches drone attack on Israel

Biden is trying to de-escalate things, on the other hand as you say, it's an opportunity to take out Irans nuclear facility and it's drone building facilities. Doubt anything will happen before the UN meeting.

Just in case, you should buy bottled water and feed the cats.
Biden is playing American "Good cop to Yahu's Israel's bad cop".
They are a double act.
Biden wants to keep the anti Israel factions in his party onside while appeasing the pro Israel factions by saying he supports Israel 100%.

what would happen if the drone was covered in tiny mirrors like a come dancing glitter ball?
Nothing, mirrors aren't efficient enough, the coating would quickly be destroyed and then the drone. (nanoseconds).

was it Iran or Israel who created Hamas to fight the PLO
Hamas was founded by Palestinian imam and activist Ahmed Yassin in 1987, after the outbreak of the First Intifada against the Israeli occupation. It emerged from his 1973 Mujama al-Islamiya Islamic charity affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood.[55] In 2006, Hamas won the Palestinian legislative election by campaigning on clean government without corruption, combined with affirmation of Palestinians’ right to armed struggle against the Israeli occupation, thus winning a majority in the Palestinian Legislative Council.[56] In

Iran tried to do far more, but failed.

I saw a very good analysis in the middle of the night by a former US governemnt official, who used to specialise in this area. She said that Iran are very aware of how much Israel's defenses can take, and so they deliberately avoided overloading them. This was the minimum response their public demanded to Israel's provocation. She thought the only person who wished to escalate things now was Netanyahu to try to save his own skin. Her analysis all sounded very sensible!

The West would quietly approve.

It would be jolly handy if Israel just happened to bomb Irans nuclear missile development bases.
Why does Iran need to build a nuclear bomb anyway.
Couldn't their allies in N Korea send them one or two.
The Russians have 1000's to spare.
Anyway any bomb built by Iran would most likely be a crude low yield device, which if used against Israel would invite immediate nuclear retaliation which would turn Iran into an ashtray.

It's a pity people can't get their heads around the ins and outs of propaganda and the associated over simplification especially in relationship to enemies. It's often pretty clear where "friends" are concerned despite the simplifications.

Interesting time at the moment. Embassy attack. Not much comment really. Seems the security council said that's ok when rules say it isn't. The next stage might be more "interesting". Iran says this attack is it given no retaliation. The attack according to the west is disgusting. If even though pundits think Israel won't retaliate directly Israel does what would the view of that be and any further retaliation from Iran?

Nuclear weapons the irony of it all, it was Germany who funded Israels nuclear program nothing like getting into bed with the enemy

Germany are not an enemy of Israel.

More than feasible, although it sounds like UK, USA and Jordan took down a fair few. Netanyahu clinging to power isn't helping the situation.

The rules say it's ok if there are combatants inside. There were.

No they don't, it's not that simple and that assumes you're at war which they weren't.

Otherwise the attack on the Israeli music Festival was fine as there were members of the IDF there.
