One of the dog capitals of the East Coast. We've never stayed, or spent much time there, but it used to be a regular part of a weekend drive I used to do, Filey, Brid., Scarborough, Whitby. We would often drop in the little cafe, just round the corner, from the main street - the one with a tree growing through it, for one of their breakfasts, because they allowed dogs in.

Always seemed a quiet place.

Quiet but really nice. I think a relaxing break then Filey is a good choice, plus the chance to catch me working,

Do you remember the Butlin's. It was massive!!!!! Primrose Valley is next door.
