How to adjust these flag hinges to lift the bottom of UPVC door up?

Sorry, I am still having a great deal of trouble with this door. The drafts are still there despite my attempts to adjust it.

The strike plate at the bottom has been moved fully to the left ie towards outside. The cams are turned to point towards the inside of the house.
There now also appears to be drafts from hinge side.

When I tried adjusting the door laterally as you said @crank39 the door could not close as it was too much towards the lock side, so I winded the door back little by little.

However the bottom right corner of the door does not seem to be tight, still. When I close the door from the outside, if I push the door with my palm there is no movement from the door except at the bottom left (where the locking mechanism is) . The door moves at least a couple centimetres when pushed forward , thus is not tightly secured in that area . Given that I've adjusted the strike plate and cam, what other adjustments can I make?

Any ideas at all? This is driving me mad

Are you sure the cam is going behind the keep on the frame and not riding over the top of it

Hi,
Just to update on this old post.

I did end up calling someone out. He increased the compression on the hinge side as he said there was a gap, probably due to me playing around with it. He also adjusted the strike plates although now there is slight resistance when you lift the handle to lock the door.

Still there is a minor draft on the lock side near where the chain is.

See attached thermal image - before the adjustments . I'd like to know - Is this temperature difference normal or not. And if not what MORE can we do to reduce the drafts as it is affecting the rest of the hallway.

TIA
