If the residents of a village are mostly white, does that prove they must automatically be racist

I would be grateful if somebody can explain the justification for such a claim.

The village i live in is mostly folk of a Caucasion persuasion and not a racist bone in their body.

If coloured chappies can afford to live here they're welcome.
