They're already taking part in the investigation having submitted written submissions in August 2025, and regardless of wether of not they are members, they've agreed to be under the jurisdiction of the ICJ under the dispute resolution clause in the 1948 Genocide Convention and to be bound by consequent decisions of the ICJ.

The thugs were clearly seen in the pictures shown.
Im happy to FULLY. SUPPORT the police in those pictures risking their own personal welfare to uphold law and order.
I would guess by the law of averages, some of the police actually agree with the immigration issues, but still have to uphold the peace and the law.
It's horrendous that people like you support riots and illegal activity and blame the police.
Now let any sane person defend the violence.
Why don't you support law and order? I recall you were arrested for some violent offence though

As you should know, the ICJ is charged with State based indictments...
Care to explain why israel and the usa would not allow the extradition of any of it's citizens indicted by the ICJ or the ICC (which deals with individuals and situations) despite your claim that they are 'cooperating?
Both countries claim that jurisdiction doesn't apply because Palestine is in their eyes not a recognised state despite the majority of the world acting differently...
Those are the facts you can't alter!
